History of Opera: Up Close
With composer/professor Whitney George as our guide, seven Met Chorus Artists will take us through the history of opera, accompanied by the fantastic Derrick Goff. Arias, duets, and ensembles from every operatic era will weave through the lecture, letting you experience opera up close, perhaps even changing the way you listen to this art form.
